At Mahlkoenig, we stand by the precision and quality of our professional-grade coffee grinders and home equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the grinder in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective foam inserts to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured shipping method to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
